Persyaratan

Max 26 years old.

Minimum Bachelor degree from Law Major.

Have 1 year experience as Legal/Compliance staff.

Used to operate OSS System.

Understand the basics of law.

Hold advocate license.

Tanggung Jawab

Make and check the company's legal documents based on applicable laws and regulations.

Make and check all company agreements.

Compile all databases based on applicable laws and regulations that relate to company obligations.

Improve internal legal audits to measure the level of compliance company to the applicable laws and regulations.

Make opinions regarding legal issues or problems that exist in Company.

Prepare and/or check the required documents for litigation and non-litigation cases.

Controlling the Company's reporting obligations including licensing

(authorized parties/institutions) based on the applicable laws and regulations.

Assisting/coordinating with regulators (Disnaker, Immigration, Customs, Dept. of Finance, Police, etc.) if needed.

Record documents for the RUPS.

Other related tasks as assigned.
