Legal Counsel

Provides updates to business units, assist various business groups in negotiation, managing external lawyers

Role will see a heavier focus on electricity/power generation
Bachelor Degree in Law

Experience between 3-5 years in a reputable law firm and large listed company and preferably in the electricity/power generation industry

Excellent command of English & Bahasa

Mature, meticulous, team player with initiative to take on more responsibilities, strong time management skills

Demonstrated experience in providing expert legal advice in complex or contentious matters

Strong business acumen, analytical skills and the ability to make commercial decisions with a legal context
