Legal Counsel Litigation

Responsibilities:

- Advise on a variety of legal issues that is referred to legal, among others related to contract, breach of management and non-claims litigation matter, regulatory and legislative matters, distribution of insurance product, data protection, and corporate governance.
- Ensure legal objectives and corporate policies are met.
- Undertake legal research and analysis as required.
- Research legal issues impacting the organization by identifying applicable laws and regulations.
- Litigations and transactions: follow litigations (pre-litigations, litigations, trials and/or transactions) working with the departments concerned and external counsels.
- Analyzing legal cases and giving opinions based on legal aspects.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Law with minimum IPK 3,25 from reputable University
- At least 1 year experience in Legal areas
- Excellent in Computer MS Office
- Good in Interpersonal skill, Analytical Skills, Problem Solving, Basic design presentation
- Proficient in English
- **Have Pendidikan Khusus Profesi Advokat** is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: Rp7,500,000 - Rp8,500,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- S1 (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Legal Litigation: 1 year (required)
