Legal Intern

Assist the legal team in conducting legal research and analysis on corporate law matters.
- Support the preparation and review of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and corporate filings.
- Attend meetings with clients and assist in taking meeting minutes and notes.
- Help in the due diligence process for mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
- Participate in drafting legal memoranda and providing recommendations based on research findings.
- Assist in maintaining and organizing legal files and databases.
- Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals on various corporate projects and assignments.
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry developments.
- Engage in administrative tasks as needed to support the legal team's day-to-day operations.
- Exhibit a strong commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: Rp2,500,000 per month
