Legal Intern

About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to join our legal team. This internship offers hands-on experience in a professional legal environment, providing support on various legal matters, including research, contract drafting, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate is pursuing a law degree and is eager to learn about the legal aspects of corporate and commercial law.

What You Will Do: Conduct legal research on various topics and prepare summaries of findings. Assist in drafting, reviewing, and editing contracts and legal documents. Support the legal team in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Participate in meetings and assist with project management and administrative tasks. Maintain organized records of legal documents and correspondence. What We Are Looking For: A legal background is a must; candidates must be pursuing a law degree (J.D. or equivalent). Strong interest in corporate and commercial law. Excellent research, writing, and communication skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
