Legal & Irga Officer

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in Law
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the same field
- Fluent in English is a must
- Possess strong experience and understanding of Corporate Law, Contract Law, and Employment Law
- Good legal analysis skills
- Good communication skills, both oral and written
- Legal practice certification or license (optional, but preferred)
- Legal drafting and legal review
- Prepare and review Corporate Law documents
- Develop and implement employee relations policies, company regulations and procedures to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Provide advice and input (legal opinion) on every issued legal document
- resolving industrial relations issues
- Responsible for the submission, management, and renewal of company permits
- Stay informed about labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices related to employee and industrial relations, and ensure compliance with all applicable requirements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: Rp6,000,000 - Rp8,000,000 per month
