Legal Litigation & Dispute Settlement Analyst

Provide support for non-litigation handling of AR Bad Debt cases
- Provide assistance to users regarding any disputes that arise or take legal action, both assistance in facing authorized law enforcement agencies and in dealing with other third parties
- Provide assistance to users regarding any potential disputes that occur at SERA Group with other third parties
- Building a network with law enforcement institutions, legal consultants/lawyers
- Ensure lead time for the review process and draft customer and vendor contracts in a timely manner
- Requirement :_
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience
- Excellent knowledge & understanding of litigation law and procedures
