Persyaratan

**Requirements**:
1. Maximum 30-40 y.o

2. Bachelor's degree in Law with at least 10 years of working experience in the related field

3. Preferably have experience in Tbk

4. Excellent written communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

5. Critical thinking and high attention to detail is a must

6. Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia language skills, both written and oral

7. Ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines

8. Willing to be placed in Jakarta

Tanggung Jawab

**Job descriptions**:
1. Drafting reviewing, and/or revising legal documents (agreements, amendments/addendums, etc.)

2. Assisting legal operations and contract matters, including but not limited to assisting contract negotiations with the partners/vendors

3. Handing day-to-day legal operations

4. Conducting research and due diligence for both for agreement reviewing or acquisition, merger, and other corporate action

5. Updating legalities of the company's and its subsidiaries and establish a new subsidiaries

6. Providing legal advise to the Board of Directors and operation or project team

7. Overseeing the company's subsidiaries

8. Organizing commissioners and directors meeting an annual shareholders meeting (RUPS/RUPSLB)

9. To fulfill all capital market regulations, including Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) Regulations
