Legal Manager - Legal Ops And Procurement

Responsibilities include:- Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and advising on contracts related to the Company's commercial and procurement activities.- Providing legal support for various corporate actions, including internal restructuring.- Offering counsel on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters pertinent to the Company's operations.- Managing the dissemination of legal information to stakeholders and overseeing corporate governance matters.- Collaborating with various business units and functions to support business growth.- Managing the contract management system and ensuring proper maintenance of legal documentation.- Continuously enhancing legal processes, procedures, and infrastructure.- Developing future strategies and policies for legal documentation processes.**Requirements**:- Minimum 5 years of experience in reputable companies, preferably in law firms or as in-house counsel.- A degree in law and legal qualification in Indonesia preferred. Non-legal graduates with strong project management backgrounds are welcome.- Strong collaboration skills, diligence, adaptability, and a team-oriented approach.- Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
