Legal Manager - Legal Ops And Procurement

Responsibilities include:

- Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and advising on contracts related to the Company's commercial and procurement activities.
- Providing legal support for various corporate actions, including internal restructuring.
- Offering counsel on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters pertinent to the Company's operations.
- Managing the dissemination of legal information to stakeholders and overseeing corporate governance matters.
- Collaborating with various business units and functions to support business growth.
- Managing the contract management system and ensuring proper maintenance of legal documentation.
- Continuously enhancing legal processes, procedures, and infrastructure.
- Developing future strategies and policies for legal documentation processes.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in reputable companies, preferably in law firms or as in-house counsel.
- A degree in law and legal qualification in Indonesia preferred. Non-legal graduates with strong project management backgrounds are welcome.
- Strong collaboration skills, diligence, adaptability, and a team-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
