Legal Manager - Mandarin Speaker

Job Descriptions:

- Advise business on applicable with Indonesian law and regulation
- Drive key projects related to new licensing or compliance
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and internal users, such as Strategic Operations, Business Development, Finance, HR, and Operations
- Draft and review various legal documents, and/or negotiate on contracts with external partners
- Supervise legal team in general, litigation, and decision making
- Accommodate company legalization issues with third parties
- Representing the company in handling legal activities
- Register a copyright of products

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor Degree in Law
- Communicate professionally in English and Mandarin is a must
- Min 5 years of experience, preferably in payment getaway, P2P or insurance broker company
- Preferably in-house experience
- Having knowledge with legal system in payment getaway or insurance broker company
- Good attention to detail & strong analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills
- Positive attitude, flexible, proactive, self-motivated and detailed oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and able to work individually
