Legal Manager (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Descriptions:
1. Advise business on applicable with Indonesia law and regulation
2. Drive key projects related to new licensing or compliance
3. Liaise with internal stakeholders and internal users, such as Strategic Operations, Business Development, Finance, HR, and Operations
4. Draft and review various legal documents, and/or negotiate on contracts with external partners
5. Supervise legal team in general, litigation, and decision maker
6. Accommodate company legalization issues with third parties
7. Representing the company in handling legal activities
8. Register a copyright of products

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree in Law
2. Having knowledge with legal system in payment getaway or insurance broker company
3. Min 5 years of experience, preferably in payment getaway, P2P or insurance broker company
4. Preferably in house experience
5. Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills
6. Good attention to detail & strong analytical skills
7. Positive attitude, flexible, proactive, self-motivated and detailed oriented with strong sense of responsibility and able to work individually
