Legal Officer

**Job Responsibility**- Review a basic or own template agreement- Draft transaction letters and NDA- Provide legal opinion related to the transaction- Assisting business user in negotiating any legal related matters- Support the internal legal team**Job Requirement**:- Bachelor degree in law from reputable university- 1-2 or more years of legal experience in a corporate setting combined with law firm experience (would be an advantage)- Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks.- Strong analytical thinkingPay: Rp8,000,000 - Rp8,400,000 per month
