**Job Description**:

- Draft a wide variety of legal agreements
- Provide advice on corporate legal issues and business matters
- Provide internal advisory services and legal support to all departments within Company
- Ensure the development of service level agreements for service support and delivery
- Understand non litigation law especially about Alternative Dispute Resolution
- Processing problem solving skill and prevention point of views for any potential legal issues

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor Degree of Law
- Working experience as corporate legal at Fintech company
- Strong understanding of corporate and business law
- Having PERADI will be a plus
- Attention to detail and have a sense of legal risk awareness
- Good communication and problem solving skill
