Legal Officer

Draft and review a wide variety of legal agreements
- Provide internal advisory services and legal support to all departments within company
- Execute and maintain all required corporate filings, corporate documents, licensing, and reports according to applicable laws and regulations
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Processing problem solving skill and prevention point of views for any potential legal issues
- Work together with other functions in reviewing the proposed product, features, and activity of the company
- Where needed, manage, and communicate with external parties

Qualification
- Bachelor Degree of Law from Reputable University
- Have working experience as corporate legal at tech company min 2yr
- Strong understanding of corporate, business, labor and IP law
- Attention to detail and have a sense of legal risk awareness
- Able to work under short pressure and fast-paced environment
- Proficient in English

**Salary**: Rp4,000,000 - Rp6,000,000 per month
