Legal Operations & Litigation Asst. Manager

**The incumbent will assist Head of Legal Operation & Litigation to**:- conduct litigation role and support handling on legal matters related to the respective functions such as HR, GA/Facility, Procurement, Security, Risk and other relevant function to be proceed properly and comply with prevailing laws and regulations,- provide legal support in connection with legal opinion, contract drafting/ review or preparing agreements, legal documents, and internal policies/ procedures to ensure comply with prevailing laws and regulations,- actively involved in the specific projects in supporting company's business model,- liaise with relevant function to ensure that were legal risk have been identified is handle properly,- establish a good relationship with relevant external parties.**We are looking for talents with below requirements**:- Bachelor's degree major in Law- Having 3-6 years' experience (working in law firm or legal department in financial industry is highly recommended)- Having Advocate License- Exposure in legal operations and litigation- Detail oriented- Having a good communication skill (spoken and written), both in Bahasa and English
