Legal Staff

**Responsibilities**:- Provide legal counsel and support to the school administration on various matters.- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.- Conduct legal research, interpret laws, and ensure compliance with regulations.- Advise on employment issues, student-related matters, and other legal aspects pertinent to educational institutions.- Assist in managing legal risks and ensuring adherence to legal guidelines.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.- 4-5 years of experience practicing law, preferably with a focus on educational or institutional law, especially in international school.- Strong knowledge of education laws, regulations, and compliance standards.- Fluent in English both written and speaking- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and interact effectively with various stakeholders.- Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
