Have the English and Mandarin language skill at least passive

Knowledgeable about UU Cipta Kerja

Knowledgeable about Legal System

Can use the computer (MS.Office or MS. Excell)

Willing to fast learn and possess strong sense of responsibility.

Strong interpersonal, flexible, highly motivated person, and good communication skills. Tanggung Jawab

Enchance management and labour knowledge on IR related issues
Review and revise company regulations, collective labour agreement, wage review and labour related policies and procedures
