Legal Staff

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide legal counsel and support to the school administration on various matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Conduct legal research, interpret laws, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Advise on employment issues, student-related matters, and other legal aspects pertinent to educational institutions.
- Assist in managing legal risks and ensuring adherence to legal guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
- 4-5 years of experience practicing law, preferably with a focus on educational or institutional law, especially in international school.
- Strong knowledge of education laws, regulations, and compliance standards.
- Fluent in English both written and speaking.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and interact effectively with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
