Legal Staff

Draft, review, and modify agreements, contracts, and other legal documents involving the company.
- Maintain contract database and manage executed contract versions.
- Prepare the first draft or first revision of the document.
- Conduct legal research and analyze legal implications related to the company's business activities.
- Provide legal advice to management and related departments regarding legal compliance, risk and business strategy.
- Prepare and review legal issues such as confidentiality agreements, memorandums of understanding, cooperation agreements, and others.
- Ensure all legal documentation is clear, updated and compliant.
- Ensure company compliance with applicable regulations and laws in daily operations.
- Manage company policies and ensure internal compliance with legal standards.

**Salary**: Rp3,500,000 - Rp4,200,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Medan: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)
