Legal Supervisor

Job Description
Carry out the consumer mortgage process with the relevant bank and ensure that all requirements are met within a certain time limit (KPR).
Ensure that the signing of the Credit Agreement, PPJB & AJB occurs properly and correctly, according to the desired target.
Draft and review agreements/contracts/all related legal documents and ensure all documents are in accordance with applicable law and regulations.
Establish relationships and be able to coordinate with relevant government agencies and banks.
Requirement
Fluent in speaking & writing English.
Bachelor's degree in Law from a reputable university.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
Understand Property real estate permit, Bank Loan regulation, Corporate law and employee/labor regulations.
Communicative, diligent, fast learner, intelligent, able to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
Experience in Bank Loan (KPR) process and have network in the area.
