Legal Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:

- Obtain and maintain all necessary licenses related to import activities.
- Responsible for DESTY Team's import business, including but not limited to product procurement, follow-up, inspection, custom clearance and other links;
- Stay abreast of changes in import regulations and ensure compliance with local laws.
- Oversee the development and implementation, ensuring accuracy and completeness of import information and documents.
- Follow up the entire process of orders, coordinate internal and external resources, ensure that orders are delivered on time and meet customer requirements;
- Monitor changes in local laws and regulations that may impact the company's operations.
- Provide legal advice and guidance to internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with applicable laws.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all legal documentation.
- Prepare and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements as needed.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a legal role, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Proven experience in obtaining import licenses and dealing with regulatory authorities.
- Familiar with the establishment and compliance requirements for importing business.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian import laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
