Legal Supervisor

PERSOLKELLY Indonesia is currently assisting one of our clients, a Japanese Company, and they're looking for Legal Supervisor position, based in Karawang.
Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Law.
- Having 3-5 years of working experience in Corporate Law.
- Experiences working in manufacturing companies would be a plus.
- Full professional proficiency in English.
- Willing to do full WFO to Karawang.
Job Description:

- Reviewing and drafting all company agreement (company and commercial) include and not limited to legal documents between companies and related parties(customer & suppliers).
- Performing and assist Legal Assistant Manager to become company representative to correspond with company affiliates and necessary external parties.
- Handling legal analysis and review.
