**Litigation Officer**

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree majoring in Law from reputable university.
- A minimum 3 years of work experience in Litigation, and have certificate of Pendidikan Khusus Profesi Advokat (PKPA) & Kartu Tanda Pengenal Advokat (KTPA).
- Have work experience(s) in law firm and/or financial/trading/leasing company would be an advantage.
- Understand and have good comprehension in law of Fiduciary Security and KUHP.
- Good analytical thinking and attention to details.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Willing to travel out of town.

**Main Job Description**:

- Conducting investigation, legal research and initial case assessments.
- Prepare the appropriate legal advice and legal opinion.
- Prepare materials, including documents, evidence, and verifying factual information for litigation cases.
- Drafting legal documents.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings.
- Should necessary, assist Accounts Receivable (AR) team in collection process.
- Coordinate with other departments and/or business unit should needed.
