In this role you will drive consumer traffic into our platform with an aim to convert them via the planning and executing the different levels of our annual campaign calendar for the marketplace, specific categories or brands.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Do LIVE at tiktokshopfashion.id in LIVE studio with duration of 3 hours/day and 5 days/week
- Develop training materials, do training for new hosts and public training.
- Develop livestream methodology, write and optimize LIVE scripts.
**Qualifications**:
- Proficiencies in English and local Indonesia languages are compulsory
- Rich e-commerce livestream experience is a must, for fashion industry creator, KOL, model, designer, media, salesperson background preferred
- Ability to develop LS methodology based on his/her LS experiences
- Ability to do develop training materials and do public training.
- Passion for LIVE, unlimited height, well-proportioned body shape, good visual and temperament
- Lively personality, strong expression skills, know how to interact with the audience
- Have good sales skills and service awareness, and have field control ability in LIVEs
- Good work attitude and able to work with the team
