**About The Role**
All brands under Tentang Anak (Thinker Tales, Expert Care, & Expert Boost) urgently need a Live Stream Assistant who has experience and/or interest in live streaming/live shopping systems. Live stream assistants will have the ability to create and maintain an effective & efficient system of live stream operation in Shopee & TikTok or other marketplaces to support business needs.
- Scheduling, monitoring, and evaluating the host performance to deliver on time and good quality live stream
- Responsible for managing the end-to-end operation of the live stream daily across the channel (Shopee, Tiktok, Etc)
- Engage in developing strategic planning to increase sales
- Assisting the host during the live stream and delivering inquiries from viewers to the host in charge
- Responsible for managing administration related to host & agency payment
**Requirements**:
- Male or Female
- Bachelors degree from any major/fresh graduate experienced welcome to apply
- Good Knowledge of live stream and TikTok/Shopee Live Trends
- Well-developed social skills and the ability to work within all levels of an organization
- Familiarity with the beauty or mom & baby industry and knowledge about skincare/mom & baby products is a plus
- Able to do hybrid working model, 2-3 times a week (Office based in Kuningan, South Jakarta)
- Able to join ASAP
