Live Streaming Coordinator

**The Live Streaming Coordinator for Our Client Company** is responsible for managing and coordinating all live streaming events and activities for the company. This includes planning, scheduling, and executing live streams on various platforms to engage with customers and promote the brand. This position reports to the Marketing Manager and works closely with the social media and content creation teams.**Responsibilities**:- Coordinate and manage all aspects of live streaming events- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute live streaming strategies and plans.- Set up and maintain live streaming equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and quality.- Conduct pre-event testing and troubleshooting to ensure smooth live streaming experiences.- Monitor and manage live streaming platforms and channels, including scheduling and promoting events.- Engage with online audiences during live streams, responding to comments and questions in a timely manner.- Analyze live streaming metrics and provide reports on viewership, engagement, and other relevant data.- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in live streaming, incorporating new techniques and technologies as appropriate.- Coordinate with external vendors and partners for live streaming collaborations and sponsorships.- Assist in post-event activities, such as editing and archiving live stream recordings for future use.**Job Requirements**:- Proven experience in live streaming coordination, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.- Proficient in using live streaming platforms and software, such as YouTube Live, Facebook Live, or Twitch.- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple live streaming events simultaneously.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and internal teams.
