Livestream Operation Specialist

Hi, PT Social Commerce Indonesia is looking for a Livestream Operation Specialist with the possibility of extension based on performance.

**Job Desc**:
1. Responsible to maintain and manage the operation for live streaming day to day in Tiktok

2. Explore new campaign strategies and models, plan and launch live streaming campaigns

3. Assist host in doing livestream, including replying comments, create happy atmosphere for the live room, adding or removing the products, creating flash sale, etc

4. Record data and able to do data analysis to make strategies and optimization decisions based on data analysis, including product selection and combination, live streaming rundown adjustment and promotion plan

5. Develop strategies to meet and exceed sales targets through live streams

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's Degree (S1) from communication, marketing, broadcasting, or any related field with relevant experience in e-commerce digital live streaming, and operation in social media mínimal 1 year

2. Have good communication skills. Creative and outgoing enjoys bringing new ideas to the table during brainstorming sessions

3. Skill software; Tiktok Live Dashboard and other(s) Microsoft office software; Word / Excel / PowerPoint

4. Willing to be places at **Alam Sutera, Tangerang Selatan**

5. Have a strong understanding of sales targets and how to achieve them through engaging live content

Jenis Pekerjaan: Penuh Waktu

Upah: Rp550.000.000 - Rp750.000.000 per bulan
