Handling and solving any arising problems regarding material logistics

Liaising with various manufacturing companies in China (affiliated parties of the company)

Monitoring progress of tender/inquiry/marketing initiatives and ensuring that the management and other related parties are properly aware of the latest status

Keeping up with the latest regulation related to the company's business activity

Other reasonable duties and instructions from the Management
Woman

Mastering the operation of Microsoft Office

Fluent Mandarin are priority (mandatory)

Bachelor Degree in any Major (Fresh Graduate are welcome)

Good communication skill and can work together in a team

Capability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently
