**Duties & Responsibilities**- Ensure accurate addressing and preparation of all international export documentation and other supporting paperwork;- Ensure that all regulatory requirements are met to ensure compliance with U.S. Customs, Dept. of Commerce, and Federal Trade Commission;- Maintain and update HTS code listings along with, ECCN's.- Screen denied parties and products, monitor exports, and verify shipments are properly prepared in accordance with the export license to embargoed nations;- Manage all Chamber of Commerce and Foreign Embassy consularization and legalization of documents where applicable;- Maintain appropriate recordkeeping and due diligence in accordance with all governing regulatory requirements; Demonstrate corporate importer of record reasonable care and best practices;- Responsible for and manage all trade compliance inquiries related to the export of products;- Manage cross-training of all import/export team members and administrators;- Conduct weekly team meetings/briefings with tracking of monthly metrics and deliverables;- Manage international fulfillment and stocking requirements, make recommendations on stock level balancing;- Work with regional Customs officials to ensure proper clearance of goods;- Communicate with country managers, sales operations, and customer service all pertinent logistics issues that may impact their business needs;- Coordinate with Traffic Analyst to monitor freight costs and report on freight reductions, recommend cost savings initiatives, and measure performance using formal metrics;- Provide internal support to customer service, service dept, finance, and others as needed;- Maintain positive relations and regular communication with global/regional logistics managers and international support specialists;- Coordinate the management of device configurations to support international sales;- Assist in strategic global corporate logistics initiatives;- Direct, plan, delegate, and manage department budget and staff, including:- Create training and employee development plans- Performs special projects as requested;**Minimum Qualifications**- Five or more years of related experience in global logistics, import/export compliance, commodity controls, regulatory and security initiatives; some prior experience in a supervisory/management position;- General mathematical skills;- Knowledgeable in trade compliance regulations- Familiarity with international shipping and receiving processes;- Working knowledge of shipping systems and automated tools;- Ability to follow oral and written communication;- Prior experience in freight forwarding, brokerage, foreign distribution, and compliance;- Experience in control of documents and material tracking;- Must possess good organizational and communication skills;- Preferred Qualifications: Thorough understanding of international logistics, compliance, import, export, Customs, security, trade compliance, transportation, distribution, and warehousing;**Salary**: Rp15,000,000 - Rp20,000,000 per month**Experience**:- Freight forwarder: 2 years (preferred)Application Deadline: 04/10/2024
