Sound interesting?Then come and join **Indonesian team** as **Logistic Manager **to ensure the implementation of and adherence to strategies, policies, processes and methods for service operations activities (technically and/or commercially).
**Your tasks and responsibilities**:
- You will manage and ensure smooth import and export process for spare part and tools, for normal and temporary activity include set up the date and timeline require from order to clearance and delivery to sites.
- You will manage all logistics and warehousing cost in order to maintain annual budget and establish a potential saving from the logistic activity.
- You will be responsible to drive and provide key performance parameter (KPI's), manage and evaluate team member performance, ensure all documentation is proper and follow the existing regulation.
- You will monitor and ensure all vendors relation, achieved establish KPI and evaluate monthly on vendor performance in order to have a better service in competition.
- You will be responsible to ensure all transaction and cost allocation is properly manage and aligned with Finance team for a correct accountant.
- You will manage and maintain all assets in CS department including moving assets**Your qualifications and experience**:
- Bachelor/master's degree in logistics or equivalent
- Experienced in handling project implementation, performance reporting, including managing data
- Experience in import and export tasks and vendor management
**Your attributes and skills**:
- You are familiar with general logistic processes
- You are good in driving strategic initiative and become problem solver in facing the challenges in the logistic operation
- You have good communication skills and proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English both written and spoken
- You are familiar with SAP and Digital Tools
