Logistic Pmo Support

Department Operations- LevelEntry Level- LocationIndonesia - JakartaThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
- Streamlining and maintain processes to support project implementation from stakeholders
- Monitor and track activities, tasks, and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders including external parties
- Liaise between stakeholder, managing the communication with internal stakeholders on various projects and tasks
- Create and maintaining comprehensive project documentation
- Support administrative for each stage of the project

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering or any related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in a project management role in Express/Logistic company
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and attention to detail
- Ready to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines and changing priorities
- Willing to be placed in North Jakarta
