**About work**????????**:
1. Logistics Function
Inbound shipment:
Filter and check shipping doc. after obtaining from all local & overseas vendors
Incoming shipment recording
Prepare shipping document with order sheet to the freight forwarder to meet on-time delivery
Price checking and precood cargo receiving into the system
Coordinate with 3PL, freight forwarder to do customs and deliver cargo to the warehouse with good condition and on-time delivery
Coordinate with freight forwarder, 3PL and concerned department for irregular shipment or facing customs clearance
Improve Profitability Inbound Expenses
Outbound Shipment:
Delivery management preparation to 3PL with on-time delivery to the customer
Issue Delivery Order to 3PL
Issue invoice to the customer
Coordinate with 3PL to fulfill customer satisfaction such as a special label or special handling
Prepare document for sample and replacement to the customer
Check freight, booking and monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure the shipments are on schedule
Improve Profitability Outbounds Expenses for local delivery
2. Documentation
Filling for all documentation (Import and export entry, tax invoice after acknowledgment by the customer, delivery not cutting).
3. Others
Support team members during their leave
Ad hoc duties as assigned by superior
