Logistic & Warehousing Analyst [Mama'S Choice'

**Responsibilities**
- Warehouse Management:

- Oversee, manage and supervise warehouse operations including receiving, warehousing, and distribution.
- Implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficient workflow and safety compliance.
- Coordinate, check and monitor the receipt, order, assembly, product return (provide approval as per authorization matrix) and dispatch of goods.
- Do test the replacement products for warranty claim products. Ensure replacement items are functioning normally before shipping back to customers
- Monitor the inbound and outbound products as requested
- Monitor and manage customer complaints related to logistics and warehousing activities (e.g. claims of incomplete/wrong products sent to customers, etc.)
- Inventory Control:

- Monitor inventory levels and manage inventory movement within the warehouse.
- Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Implement loss prevention processes and manage inventory audits and investigate any discrepancies.
- Reporting and Documentation:

- Maintain accurate records of all warehousing activities, including inventory levels and shipment logs.
- Prepare regular reports on warehouse operations for management.
- Collaborate with Finance team and other related division to validate the invoice

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a warehousing or logistics role.
- Understanding of import & export documentation and processes
- Proven experience managing inventory and warehousing operations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
