**Job Description**:

- Provide supporting letter and documents for export-import customs clearance process
- General archiving (soft copy database) for Export import documentation
- Billing checking for identify business unit
- Proxy communication of logistic officer

**Qualifications**:

- Final year students pursuing a diploma/bachelor's degree, preferably from Management Transport/Logistics/International Trade/Industrial Engineering.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent in written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa.
- Good communication skills, people person, and a team player.
- Keen to learn and proactive.
- Demonstrate leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Have a good knowledge in logistics, transport management, customs, and foreign trade
