**LOGISTICS SALES MANAGER/HEAD (INDONESIA)**
We at LEO International HR Consultancy is seeking for professional Sales Part Leader for our client in Indonesia. This is a globally known company not limited for its Logistics Services but in also taking part for innovations across various sectors including healthcare, education and sustainability.
Sales Part Leader is highly responsible for Business Expansion (NEW Business) Customer Management (communication Channel to customer)
**(1) Role & Responsibility**:
- Driving Sales & Customer management
- Gain new accounts by developing sales, strategies and solution to achieve sales plan
- Offer shipping solutions and promote digital platform value proposition to customers based on their needs and capabilities
- Build strong relationship with new/existing customers and find opportunities to expand the business
- Work along with group members for new business inquiries. Handle customer quotation request, negotiate/provide prices and terms to customers.
- Deliver high level of customer satisfaction
**(2) REQUIREMENTS**:
**(a) EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION**:
Bachelor's degree above
Major in Business Administration, Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field preferred. (Or an equivalent combination of work and education / equivalent combination of work experience)
- English Advance Level, other language skill is a plus
**(b) EXPERIENCE**:
- 10 years above experience in logistics
- (including 5 years' experience in Global Logistics company)
- Have worked as senior manager level (as this position is Part Leader level)
- Large customer acquisition experience
**SKILLS**:
- A solid knowledge of Logistics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to handle conflicts
- Able to work under pressure, in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude, able to be multi-tasked
**Salary**: From Rp949,380,204 per year
