**Job Description**:
- Supporting operational function for Warehouse activity.
- Submit daily KPI to respective unit's and also check daily KPI submission from all Warehouse.
- Support monitoring and follow up all pending activity in Warehouse
(Visualization, All VAS, Closing activity, Order back log and storage in WH).
- Follow proper communication with business units & Logistics Service Provider (LSP) related to daily operation.
- Supporting administration process related to warehouse activity (customer
complaint, urgent delivery, transfer stock monitoring, and claim letter).
**Qualifications**:
- Final year students pursuing a diploma/bachelor's degree, preferably from Management Transport/Logistics/Management/Industrial Engineering.
- Have a good knowledge in logistics and transport.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent in written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa.
- Good communication skills, people person, and a team player.
- Keen to learn and proactive.
- Demonstrate leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to travel locally within Jabodetabek area.
