Job Responsibility Loyalty Product Senior Specialist: Responsibilities: Design & analyze overall product strategy of partnership, campaign & vouchers utilization to improve in-app use cases as the effort to acquire more user & improve the active user Propose potential & relevant in-app features and benchmarks to ensure the seamlessly accessed campaign Oversee and responsible in delivering app key metrics (acquisitions & MAU) Responsible in ensuring overall app performance, development prioritization, product rollout and evaluation Identify product pain points for the business and operational perspectives basen on quantitative and qualitative data Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and develop a product solutions to solve the identified pain points Identify opportunities to digitalize solutions or integrate with other digital touchpoints Liase and collaborate with various stakeholders, including engineers, analyst, business intelligence and operations Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any major with minimum 5 years of experiences in managing mobile app products from well-known tech-based company Capable of planning, developing, and executing strategies for multiple projects while collaborating cross-functionally Able to efficiently manage priorities and possesses a strong curiosity to gain a deep understanding of consumers Excellent stakeholder management skills and strong communication in both English and Bahasa Job Requirement Loyalty Product Senior Specialist: Pastikan lowongan yang Anda cari sesuai dengan judul lowongan kerja tersebut.
