**Job Description**:

- Collaborate with a consulting company to prepare the establishment of the Subsidiary Company in Indonesia.
- Execute the entire business operations in Indonesia, from market research to strategic planning, promotion, and practical business operations.

Requirement:

- Passionate about "advancing the management of a local company with growth aspirations".
- Strong communication skills required for business.
- Age 27-35 years old.
- Bachelor degree with proficiency in Japanese N2-N1 level.
- Min. 3 years of work experience (Managing human resource agencies or language schools is preferred).
- Willing to work in Bandung.

**Salary**: Up to Rp18,000,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bandung: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- S1 (required)

**Experience**:

- abroad in Japan or work in Japan: 1 year (required)
- LPK Management or PIC HR: 3 years (required)

**Language**:

- Japanese JLPT N1 or N2 Level (required)

License/Certification:

- JLPT N1 or N2 certifications (required)
