Luxury Fashion Store Manager - Surabaya

Requirements:

- Must possess a minimum Diploma 3 or Bachelor degree
- 3+ years experience in Fashion Retail Industry - Medium to Luxury
- Eyes for details, critical and great sense of fashion
- Excellent ability in team management & development
- Role model on selling and floor management - training and VM
- Attractive, confident, high level in social and networking skills

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and develop the store team through inspiring hands-on management and coaching
- Manage and coach the team into building sustainable Client Relationships, ensuring that every client is treated according to the company policy
- Manage and motivate the team to drive the business - create a positive work environment, empower the team, encourage innovative solutions
- Maximize the potential of all product categories and universes carried in the store, capitalizing on all available support (VM, clienteling, events, etc)
- Build the Client-Centric mindset in store to ensure the highest level of customer experience and achieve client repurchase objectives

**Salary**: Rp15,000,000 - Rp18,000,000 per month

**Education**:

- D1-D4 (required)

**Experience**:

- Working in Fashion Retail Industry: 3 years (required)
- Product Categories & Universe Potential Miximizing: 5 years (required)
- Team Development: 5 years (required)
- Fashion Sales: 5 years (required)
- Handling Branded/Premium/Luxury Products: 3 years (preferred)
