- Develop and maintain the project plan and schedule, with a particular focus on the construction phase of the project
- Use project management software such as Primavera P6 to develop and manage the project schedule, including the creation of Gantt charts, histograms, and other relevant project management tools
- Work with the project team to identify and manage project risks, particularly those that may affect construction timelines or quality
- Monitor and report project progress, identifying potential delays and proposing mitigation plans
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure project timelines are met, and that construction work is carried out to the highest quality standards
- Collaborate with the project team to resolve project-related issues, with a particular focus on construction-related issues
- Provide regular project status reports to management and stakeholders, with a particular focus on construction progress and issues
- Ensure that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, with a particular focus on construction quality and timelines
- Support the project team in the management of project documentation related to construction activities
