Facilitate planning and execution of key strategic projects (based on Company Strategic Plan) to realize PLAI's and PSLA's (Digital Product scope) business plan, including to bridge, mediate and connect the projects needs among various functions to perform successful execution of implementation.

Principle Duties & Responsibilities:

- Facilitate the determination of the complete and correct project requirements at the start of the project so that the steps can be implemented properly throughout the project.
- Perform supports and facilitation to Project Manager /Product Owner in leading the project, with coverage of planning, executing also identifying and implementing more cost-effective solutions.
- Monitor and escalate project issues and/or risks, including facilitating alignment for scope changes pertaining timeline, budget and deliverables.
- Integrate dependencies between strategic projects, including facilitating alignment in prioritizing and executing resources, and budget.
- To add value through increasing the potential benefits by reducing rework, underutilized functionality, and requirements churn
- Ensure adoption on changes by performing structured change management (on-boarding, handholding, communication, and rollout support)
- Cross pollinates good learnings among projects.

Job Specification:
Qualification
- Bachelor degree from reputable university
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skill
- Good problem solving skill
- Having good sense of risk selection
- Good Communication skill
- Pleasant personality, good attitude & team work and collaboration
- Action Oriented & Customer Centricity
- problem analysis and assessment
- Planning and organizing

Experience
- Minimum five years' experience in Project Management
- Having experience in insurance company is an advantage

Knowledge
- Good Command in English
