1. Go-to-Market new & existing Product
Assist the Sr Manager on the go-to-market marketing aspects in carrying out any major work on new and existing products including marketing initiatives, which includes:
- To be a project leader in overall project management on go-to-market marketing campaign for new products which involve market insights, competitor analysis, campaign strategy, budget management with the objective to support company business performance.
- participate in Product Implementation Committee prior to carry out any major work on new products.
- To cater day-to-day needs of marketing materials, advertisement and communication activities.
- To cater the strategy for needs of new alternative distribution channel in term of marketing materials, advertisement and communication activities.
- To provide and update all product brochures, training materials, and other marketing materials for the purpose of the supporting the products campaign.
2. Project Development
Assist the Sr Manager on the marketing aspects in carrying out any major work on company's project development and marketing initiatives, which includes:
- To participate in Project Working Committee and/ or working team prior to carry out any major work on new company's project or initiative.
- To cater the strategy for needs of new alternative distribution channel in term of marketing materials, advertisement and communication activities.
3. Branding
Assist the Sr Manager to ensure the company as a company that listens and understands and delivers the customer needs and wants. This includes:
- To communicate, monitor and implement brand and communications guidelines according to Prudential Indonesia standards in carrying out any activities.
- To make recommendations for activities and projects especially in marketing area.
- Involve in branding activities through all marketing channel.
4. Others
- Assist the Marketing Communications department to improve the communication between Head Office and Sales force, Head Office and customer/clients.
- Formulates, monitors and ensures that marketing communications activities according to budget
- Ensure that all policies & standard are according to company compliance
- Ensure that a systematic filling system for document are maintained
