Machine Learning / Ai Engineer

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms.
- Assist in deployment of AI services to ensure smooth user experience with our AI

products.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and devise possible

solutions.
- Keep in the loop of the latest developments in AI and machine learning fields.
- Conduct data analysis and ensure high data quality.
- Prepare and present development results to stakeholders.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing machine learning models.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a

related field, or:

- Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role in other companies.
- Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks (like TensorFlow or PyTorch),

libraries (like scikit-learn) and LLM frameworks (like LangChain).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
- Proficiency in container and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.
- Experience with Machine Learning models deployment services such as AWS, Azure, or

other third party services such as Beam Cloud.
- Experience with Git and Shell scripts.

**Salary**: Rp5,000,000 - Rp10,000,000 per month

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (preferred)
