Macro Developer

Job Desc:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business processes.
- Design, develop, and maintain macros to automate repetitive tasks and streamline workflows.
- Create efficient algorithms and scripts to process large datasets and generate reports.
- Optimize existing macros for improved performance and reliability.
- Conduct thorough testing to ensure the quality and functionality of developed macros.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users.
- Document design specifications, code changes, and user guides.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in macro development.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in macro development, automation, or software engineering.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as VBA (Visual Basic for Applications), Python, or JavaScript.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Experience with database management systems (e.g., SQL) is a plus.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and data visualization techniques is desirable.
