**Group Summary**
The Mechatronics, Mirrors and Lighting group specializes in automotive technologies that are driving the future of mobility. Combining a deep systems knowledge to develop unique vehicle access experiences, intelligent visions systems and advanced automotive lighting technologies, MML's expertise light the path to innovation, safety and styling.
**Your Responsibilities**
- Implementation of the kick-off meeting Lead and support a cross-functional team to implement Continuous Improvement activities in a division - based on our Magna Factory Concept MAFACT.
- Conduct internal MAFACT Assessments and create an improvement plan.
- Create improvement plan including monthly implementation tracking for all MAFACT sections; present MAFACT status at monthly meeting: Score, Status CI Projects, Employee suggestions.
- Coordination of MAFACT implementation/ sustaining.
- Lead & Tracking of Significant CI Projects; Problem Solving Training including A3 (PDCA, Identify/ support Top 3 Improvement Projects per Department of the division, 5Why Problem Solving Train division's employees in Problem Solving.
- Advanced process knowledge of core processes of the division; weekly Gemba Walk by following the complete material flow; conduct minimum one KAIZEN workshop per month.
- Create Procedure for Standardized Work for a high runner; identify and track significant improvement of performance related KPI via SW. SW support rollout in the division.
- Support TPM for a high runner, identify and track significant improvement via TPM
- Promote and introduce 5S as a culture - through coaching and training.
- Support Department Managers with Daily Fast Response meeting structure and organization.
- Ensure KPI management at all departments.

- Lean Tools / Toyota Production System
- PDAC
- A3
- VSM
- Minitab
**Who we are looking for**
- University education (bachelor's degree or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years' experience in similar or same working position
- Ability to navigate ERP software (SAP)
- Understanding of manufacturing processes
- Good English communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Good interpersonal and effective organizational skills
- Capable of working with mínimal supervision
- Ability to work under pressure
- Team player and readiness for traveling
- Good knowledge of MS Project, MS Office (MS Word, MS Power Point, MS Outlook), Power BI, Power Apps
**Your preferred qualifications**
- First-hand experience in Toyota Production system and efficiency improvement systems (Lean, VSM, etc.)
