Job Tittle : Quality Inspector- Purpose of the position:
- To ensure safety in all manner of daily inspection activity To ensure fact finding during material receiving, make a preliminary reports to the customers- Area of resposibility:
- Safety at first, Before-During-After inspection activity- Ensure the inspection activities carried out in a safe manners and according to the Standard- Comply with Standard Operating Procedure in Line of process- Can do or familiar with measurement devices for mechanical product Issue product incoming/outgoing inspection record and distribute accordingly Inspect, take a photo, and add data information related to the product- Follow standard for Pre Inspection-Process inspection-Final Inspection- Assist all quality function to ensure inspection activity comply with quality system Communicate tasks assigned to Workshop Supervisor.- Ensure to perform tasks at high quality standard. Built in Quality as a daily base- Ensure the use of the company's assets efficiently, rightfully and carefully.- Make a good communicative inspection report- Make a brief analysis for the inspection data- Perform other tasks assigned by Workshop Supervisor and or Manager- Perform according to Quality, Health, Safety, Environmental and other company's management system, policies, practices and instructions- To inspect all of sparepart, activity, and other quality tasks- Check, test, and inspect raw materials, goods in process, and finished goods.- 1. Compare the physical characteristics of components, materials, equipment, and products to technical specifications to identify defects.
- 2. Conduct simple tests (for example on electrical function, reliability, packaging quality); record results and notify others of out-of-specification conditions.
- Work complexity and business impact: Works under moderate supervision. Problems are typically of a routine nature, but may at times require interpretation or deviation from standard procedures. Communicates information that requires some explanation or interpretation.

- Typical minimum relevant experience required: 1-3 years. Requires basic knowledge of job procedures and tools obtained through work experience.- Basic requirements of the position:
- Diploma in Technical or Engineering fields and at min 2 years experiences in working in the same field. or
- Fresh Graduate S1 ( Bachelor ) in Technical or Engineering fields
- Pasively Be able to communicate in English.
- Good communication and learning skills.
- Understanding of Technical Drawing
- Have basic knowledge for quality inspection, and reporting
- Computer literacy in MS office and other related computer program CAD/CAM would be an advantage
- Familiar with common Measurement Device
- Willing to work in shift.
