Maintenance Associate Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible in ensuring that all Maintenance activities are:

- Manage maintenance works to be timely and at optimized cost
- Helpdesk Ticket Not Overdue
- Helpdesk Responsiveness: Ticket Closed as per SLA

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree Electrical/Civil Engineering
- At least 3-4 years of experience in building maintenance especially for retail
- Good in Microsoft Office specially Excel is a must.
- Must be able to communicate in Bahasa and English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office package and filing documents.
