**Maintenance & Facility KPIs & Daily Operations**
- Primarily responsible for directing the facility and Maintenance & Facility Department, guide the personnel to achieve designated metrics for the department,
- Ensure maintenance tasks are done, respecting Maintenance KPIs targets such as Mean Time Between Failure, Mean Time to Repair and Machine Availability,
- Strategize & implement actions to improve machines' reliability, capacity, and efficiency,
- To improve and optimize the preventive maintenance planning and implementation to maximize machine availability and reduce unplanned breakdown,
- Manage the implementation of corrective maintenance for machine breakdowns and identify the most effective countermeasures/solutions to minimize availability loss to support production targets,
- To direct and control the preparation of the examiner results machines per month to regulate the follow-up / modifications that need to be done in improving the overall performance and productivity of the machine,
- To ensure the upkeep of the supporting facilities such as the building structure, offices, utilities including coordination with the landlord to ensure smooth operations in addition to machine availability,
- Prepare the scheduled maintenance tasks. Ensure they are done respecting the planned time communicated to Logistic & Production for tasks needing equipment off, and
- Track, auditor and report the overall performance of the Maintenance & Facility Departments on a monthly basis.
**People Management**
- Manage, coach and develop the Maintenance & Facility department team to ensure objectives and standards are met, while creating a positive working environment,
- Review, implement and update company records e.g., training matrices, performance reviews, risk assessments.
**Budget & Materials Control**
- To strategize and manage the spare parts/consumable planning for production machine based on lead time, current stocks, and the upcoming demands (possibly via ABC analysis) to ensure availability of spare parts/consumables at an optimum level to ensure machine availability with the lowest cost,
Ensure 5S are implemented consistently in the respective warehouse for Maintenance & Facility departments,
- Prepare the annual maintenance budget and forecasts and salient CapEx proposals as well as ensuring compliance with legal standards. Manage the budget from identification to completion of projects,
- Develop clear accountability for maintenance material spend combined with a strategy to manage spending, and
- To manage the upkeep of fixed assets including its registry in the company system.
**Safety & Contractor Management**
- To support safety programs in relations to the facility and Maintenance & Facility departments such as LOTO/Electrical Safety, Working at Height, and promote proactive safety culture,
- Monitor and control the unit's operations and implement the use of safety equipment is required during the event to ensure the security and safety in all operational activities in the unit, and
- Manage onsite contractors to ensure the adherence to company's safety, legal and operational standards.
**Qualifications/Requirements**
1. A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial and other relevant disciplines) from a local or internationally reputable university,
2. A minimum of 7 years' experience in manufacturing, lean, operation or equivalent management role
3. Competent in TPM and other maintenance programs development and implementation,
4. Strong understanding of maintenance best practices and techniques,
5. Capable to resolve mechanical, civil, electrical, and controls machine problemts - (well-versed in engineering diagrams, ladder & wiring diagrams, PLC troubleshooting, etc.),
6. Competent in Problem solving skills using tools such as PDCA, 5-Whys, etc.,
7. Experience in Lean Six Sigma would be advantageous (but not essential), and
8. At least intermediate level of active English (daily contact with foreign colleagues) is required,
9. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and
10. Willing to stay in Bandung.
