**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee and ensure that all production machinery is functioning properly
- Conduct preventive maintenance on all production machinery on a regular basis
- Modify, overhaul, and repair machinery and equipment according to procedures
- Inventory production machinery and spare parts
- Manage a team of maintenance technicians
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures
- Prepare and maintain maintenance records
- Track and control maintenance costs
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations
- Work with other departments to identify and resolve maintenance issues
**Qualifications**:
- 5+ years of experience in a maintenance management role
- Proven track record of success in managing and overseeing all aspects of maintenance for a manufacturing facility
- Experience with preventive maintenance, modification, overhaul, and repair of machinery and equipment
- Strong understanding of safety regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of technicians
